Free and Open to the Public!

The Observatory, located at 178 Big Wolf Road, is open for public stargazing the 1st and 3rd Friday evening of each month from September 16 through Memorial Day, weather permitting. Stargazing begins about ½ hour after sunset. There is no charge! Private viewing sessions can be arranged for $100 for up to 20 people. Please call the office at (518) 359-3538 or email us to make arrangements. See our Events page for weather conditions and Facebook for observing and cancellation notices.
